Bobby Campbell attended college at the University of Missouri, where he graduated with a creative writing degree. After college, he came across an opportunity to enter the new field of digital advertising. In 2003, he raised $20,000 to launch Division-D, which helps national advertisers plan and manage their marketing initiatives. Division-D capitalized on the exploding digital advertising industry and was named to the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest-Growing Companies seven years since 2012.
In 2010, he launched his second start-up, AdKarma, a leading video SSP helping over 20,000 publishers manage and maximize their video advertising. AdKarma soon became one of the fastest-growing private coming in the U.S. being ranked #31 on Inc. 5000’s 2014 list of Fastest-Growing Companies. AdKarma was acquired by a multi-national mobile advertising and content leader in 2015.
Bobby is also a columnist and has been published in publications across the world, including Forbes, Entrepeneur.com, Business Insider, and Venture Beat, where he writes about business and the changing nature of content. Most recently, Bobby launched Good Wizard Productions to focus on developing new long-form, tech-enabled content.
Chief Executive Officer
Lori Dillender is the Chief Executive Officer at Division-D. With more than a decade of experience in the digital advertising industry, she is responsible for the business's overall operations. She works closely with the leadership team to develop strategy and vision for the company. Before being named CEO in 2014, she held multiple roles at Division-D within sales and sales management.
She earned a journalism degree from the University of Missouri. Lori currently resides in Columbia, MO, with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys biking and playing indoor and outdoor soccer.
CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
Katelyn Duff is the Chief Revenue Officer at Division-D. She leads the company’s sales team and revenue generation, helping to drive long-term partnerships among key clients. Katelyn works alongside CEO Lori Dillender to manage the day-to-day operations of Division-D, which spans six offices across the U.S. She also oversees the creative team and has played a critical role in launching Division-D’s politically focused sister company, VoterX.
Katelyn became a member of the Division-D team in 2009. Since her senior leadership, which began in 2012, the Division-D team has opened five new locations in the U.S., earning a coveted spot on the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest-Growing Companies seven out of the last eight years.
A past recipient of Columbia, MO’s 40 Under 40, Katelyn is now based out of our Kansas City location, which has seen tremendous employee growth since it opened doors in 2016. Katelyn is a fitness enthusiast and in her spare time can be found hiking, running, and cheering on the Missouri Tigers, her alma mater, where she graduated with a bachelor of journalism and minors in both business and psychology.
CHIEF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Michelle Slinkard is the Chief Business Development Officer at Division-D. She supports overall business growth by overseeing new product onboarding and implementation and spearheading external marketing efforts for the company.
Since joining the company in 2011, Michelle has worked in account management, sales, and sales leadership. Starting her business development role in 2019, some of her notable contributions include the onboarding and adoption of podcast advertising, digital out-of-home, influencer marketing, and TikTok advertising. She oversees the Chicago branch, currently residing in beautiful Lincoln Park.
Outside of the office, Michelle is an avid traveler, an amateur yogi, and a doting dog mom with a passion for plants. She has a degree in journalism, strategic communication from the University of Missouri.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF CAMPAIGN OPERATIONS
Christina Washington is Senior Vice President of Campaign Operations at Division-D and joined the company in 2011. She is responsible for the account management team and leads the department in all aspects of campaign management execution. In this role, she focuses on strengthening the business’s ability to effectively manage and achieve goals across all client accounts.
Christina began her career at Division-D in Columbia, MO where she found excitement in problem-solving and implementing emerging technology. She later relocated to Chicago in 2017, where she is currently based.
Outside of the office, she enjoys volunteering, working out, Netflix binges, and traveling the globe with her husband while growing their family. Christina has a degree in journalism with minors in multicultural studies and information technology.
